Terms for a personal YouTube monitor

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Personal use

YouTube Playlist Monitor is intended for the account holder's personal, non-commercial use. The user is responsible for the YouTube account, playlist, Google Cloud project, and notification services they configure.

Authorization

By authorizing the app, the user permits it to access the configured YouTube account only as needed to manage playlist items. The user may revoke authorization at any time through their Google Account.

Acceptable use

Users must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service, Google's API terms, and applicable law. The monitor must not be used to bypass platform controls, infringe rights, or automate activity beyond the user's own account.

Availability and changes

The monitor depends on YouTube's website and API, which may change or become unavailable. The user may change, pause, or stop the automation at any time. The monitor is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
